100% of sales donated to Art of Hope, a 501c3 non-profit organization that works to alleviate the trauma, PTSD, and psychological wounds among the refugee population through art-therapy, vocational training, and creative measures. Art of Hope employs local talent to engage, teach, and help heal some of the invisible wounds among Syrian refugees who forcefully fled their homes. The organization was founded by international journalist, Tara Kangarlou, who decided to move beyond just reporting on this crisis and address one of the least talked about and most damaging impacts of this war.

This 100% organic cotton sheeting tote includes a screen print of a beautiful drawing originally done by Rula, an 11 year old Syrian refugee from Daraa, Syria who now lives in one of the most impoverished slums of Beirut, Lebanon. Rula suffers from anxiety and PTSD after fleeing her war-torn city in Syria. 100% of sales donated to Art of Hope, a 501c3 non-profit organization that works to alleviate the trauma, PTSD, and psychological wounds among the refugee population through art-therapy, vocational training, and creative measures. The 15.7” x 15.7” bag includes the Art of Hope logo on the back. Hand wash, line dry. The tote was stitched and screen-printed by female human trafficking survivors in Kolkata, India.
